Haitong Bank, Macau Branch served as Joint Global Coordinator on the CNY 500 million bond issued by Huafa Investment Holding 2022 I Company Limited, guaranteed by Zhuhai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. The bond carries a 3-year tenor and a coupon of 4.20%.

Net proceeds from the Bonds will be applied to refinancing the Group’s existing offshore indebtedness.
