Corporate and Project Financing - Zegona Holdco Limited

Following October 2023, Zegona Communications PLC agreed to acquire Vodafone Holdings Europe, S.L.U. for €5.1bn, Haitong participated in the financing through a €20m ticket across TLA and RCF facilities. 
In April 2025, these facilities were repriced to reflect market conditions and interest in the Company.
