Mergers and Acquisitions - Comarch

Haitong Bank Warsaw Branch has acted as the Transaction Advisor to Comarch in transaction to sell KS Cracovia football club to Robert Platek and Elzbieta Filipiak. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

KS Cracovia was founded in 1906 in Cracow and is the oldest football club in Poland. Over 100 years of its history, Cracovia won five Times Polish football league (1921, 1930, 1932, 1937, 1948), won PolishCup (2020) and Polish Super Cup (2020) trophies.

Haitong Bank's team involved in this transaction includes Konrad Księżopolski and Piotr Sokołowski.
