Mergers and Acquisitions - Mirova

Haitong acted as exclusive financial adviser to the France-based asset 
manager Mirova in the sale of four small hydro plants (run-of-river) 
located in the north of Portugal with an aggregate installed capacity of 
33.0MW: Pereira, Canedo, Teixo and Vilar do Monte.

sustainable investing.
