On April 2023, Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque structured and raised, in the Schuldschein market, a EUR200m senior loan maturing in Apr-28 to finance part of its strategic plan with Morgan Stanley as underwriter. In February 2024, Haitong Bank acquired a EUR20m stake from Morgan Stanley.
