Last June, Haitong Global Asset Management, SOGIC, S.A. adhered to the Protocol on Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (RAL) with the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
The Protocol aims to create an alternative dispute resolution mechanism between entities subject to CMVM supervision and non-professional investors, without prejudice to the possibility of their access to competent judicial means.
The use of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism implies on the part of Haitong Global Asset Management the commitment to accept requests dispute resolution, which are presented by consumers, who assume the quality of Non-Professional Investors, which concern matters related to the management of collective investment undertakings and additional and accessory activities , whose prior complaint has not been fully met and up to a maximum amount of €30,000.
Therefore, n accordance with current legislation, Haitong Global Asset Management informs that it has joined the arbitration and consumer network, composed of the following alternative dispute resolution entities:
